Attorney at law Martin Georgiev
Mr. Martin Georgiev is admitted to Sofia Bar Association as an attorney holding the title “Advocat” (Адвокат) in Republic of Bulgaria and is licensed to practice as such on the territory of the country, with a specific focus on corporate and civil law. He possesses extensive knowledge in the field of international corporate transactions under Bulgarian or English law. He has a long-standing know-how in preparing and managing international corporate transactions including drafting papers and conducting negotiations with SME; establishment of entities; negotiating terms; M&A deals and assistance with public procurement procedures; Services are also provided for the initiation of new cases, as well as the preparation of legal opinions on already filed or pending ones. Assistance in the preparation of all types of agreements and pleas in Bulgarian and English language, including official correspondence in both languages. Attorney at law Teodor Kazandjiev
Mr. Kazandjiev is a member of the Sofia Bar Association. He graduated with distinction in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” in 2022. He has participated in numerous national and international law competitions, including CEEMC and the National Civil and Commercial Law Moot Court “Kristian Takov”, where in 2021 he received a team award for Best Statement of Claim. Since February 1, 2024, he has been a full-time PhD candidate in Commercial Law at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and, as of 2025, serves as a part-time assistant lecturer in Commercial Law. Attorney Kazandjiev specializes in representing and defending debtors, including challenging “fast” loans and representation before private enforcement agents (bailiffs). He has experience in the registration and legal support of commercial companies, as well as in out-of-court dispute resolution. He also provides assistance and consultations in inheritance, family, property, and contractual disputes, always approaching each client with individual attention.

Attorney at law Vasil Karaganov
Vasil Karaganov is a senior attorney with substantial experience in dispute resolution, representing corporate and private clients in civil, commercial, and administrative matters. His practice is focused on litigation, arbitration, and out-of-court dispute resolution, including mediation, with a strong emphasis on achieving practical and sustainable outcomes for clients.
He advises and represents clients before courts, arbitral tribunals, and administrative authorities, handling a broad spectrum of contentious matters, including contractual and commercial disputes, debt recovery, enforcement proceedings, and administrative litigation. His experience also extends to legal risk assessment, case strategy development, and negotiation in complex dispute scenarios.
In addition to his litigation practice, he has significant experience in regulatory compliance and corporate advisory, including work as Legal Counsel and Compliance Expert, where he advised on the implementation of internal compliance frameworks, including under General Data Protection Regulation and anti-money laundering requirements.

Mr. Karaganov holds a Master’s degree in Law and has completed postgraduate training in intellectual property law. He is also a certified mediator, registered with the Ministry of Justice.
